We all want to feel calm, we all want to feel warmly connected to our spouse and to other loved ones, yet most of us were never taught how to do that. It’s not always easy to understand our feelings, we don’t fully appreciate how our physical and emotional systems interact, and we often don’t express ourselves in a way that truly brings us closer to the people we care about. Without a roadmap to navigate these challenges, we develop protective instincts that eventually work against us, preventing us from feeling calm, whole and fully connected.
Through the coaching process, you can shed emotional patterns that are no longer helpful and live a more productive, rewarding life—with greater connection to your husband, your family and your friends. It isn’t easy to roll up your sleeves and face the work of self-exploration, but I have seen that the results are more than worth the investment.
