Meet Adina

Adina Heavenrich sitting on the beach.

I am passionate about the power of coaching and education to truly change lives. I am constantly growing and working on myself, and have seen through my own experience and those of my clients and students that it is worth the effort.

I hold a B.A. from Yale University, a Professional Relationship Coach certification from Connections Marriage Institute, and have completed many years of training in a range of approaches to relationships, trauma and personal growth. I have worked with diverse populations in a variety of healing frameworks, including drama programs for incarcerated teens and retreats for college students. My child-raising expertise comes from serious on-the-job training with my five wonderful children, along with wisdom from seasoned mentors, most notably parenting expert Rebbetzin Sima Spetner, who endorses my classes and has guided me since 2008.

I have lived and raised children in Israel and the US, and I currently live in Waterbury, Connecticut where I work with ladies locally and via Zoom around the globe.

I understand that life sends all of us challenges, and I would consider it an honor to support you in whatever you’re facing. I draw from the full array of my life experiences and training, never forget the value of humor and creativity, and sincerely respect each of my clients for who they are.

When not involved in coaching and teaching, I enjoy running, painting, getting out in nature, and spending relaxed time with my husband and children.
